Supervised Rubber Play

The most enjoyable aspect of bridge is the playing. Practice helps the Learning. Suitable for all levels, you will be seated with those of a similar standard. However this social bridge has an expert on hand.

Supervised Duplicate

This session introduces the challenge and excitement of Duplicate Bridge by playing duplicate hands. We provide advice and help with the bidding and play.

Supervised Play every
Friday at 7.30 pm

Douglas Wright, club teacher,
and Paul Shannon will
supervise playing sessions.

Gentle/Friendly Duplicate

This session provides the bridge (excuse the pun) between Supervised and Duplicate Bridge. You will move around the room like regular duplicate. However the pace is gentle and the atmosphere is friendly and advice is also available for the scoring and tactics

Duplicate

Duplicate bridge is non-supervised and is the way Tournament Bridge is played. There are the opportunities to play Pairs and Team events. All our duplicates are played in a friendly manner and we provide hand records and results on-line.

Saturday Duplicate (in a country house/hotel)

Have an additional session of Duplicate on a Saturday afternoon. Not run when there is a Weekend course or on Bank Holiday weekends.
